The BBA Kids and Young Adults Department offers a nurturing supportive environment in which our clients are encouraged to flourish. Our long standing relationships with the top casting directors helps to ensure that our talent can be active day in and day out. We represent kids and young adults, from newborn babies up to early twenties, for TV, film, commercials, and voiceovers.

Mike O'Dell – Kids and Young Adults Department

After working for many years with the adults, Mike O'Dell now presides over the Youth Division at BBA. Having been an actor during his youth and now a parent, Mike understands the concerns relating to Kids and Youth and the industry. Having made contacts in the casting community throughout Southern California and neighboring states, Mike is uniquely equipped to oversee one of the best commercial divisions in the city.

Will Bartoli – Kids and Young Adults Department

Will graduated from Rhode Island College, earning a bachelor of arts degree with a double major in film studies and communications. Upon completion of his degree, he worked with NBC Studios' Press and Publicity Department, assisting with the publicity efforts surrounding the network's primetime programming, which included Friends, ER, and Seinfeld. Will has worked in casting with a Los Angeles-based casting director, assisting on projects for MTV and Scott Free Productions. Will began working at BBA in 2007 in the Kids/Young Adult Department and currently runs the agency's Theatrical Department
